ETCN struggles with what to call ourselves since we are not a traditional machining services shop, seller, or a metal parts supplier. ETCN also provides medical devices of cnc custom machining in medical industry. Once you work with ECN, you will believe us as the trusted and professional partner.
Medical supplies, laser welded forming, beautiful appearance, firm, flat welding seam, no welding rod, and flux welding sheet metal is needed. As a professional welding and metal fabrication company, ETCN also provides our clients with weldable plastic sheet: welding copper sheet, welding thin stainless steel sheets, PVC sheet, tubesheet or thin sheet welding services.
Advantage of Welding
Small Processing Conditions
Sheet welding is not affected by the magnetic field (arc welding and electron beam welding are easy), and can accurately align the element. Two kinds of metals with different physical properties (such as different resistances) can be welded with flux core. No vacuum or X-ray protection is required.
Good Processing Stability
The heat input of cnc sheet metal fabrication can be reduced to the minimum required amount, the metallographic change range of the heat-affected zone is small, and the deformation caused by heat conduction is also the lowest.
High Processing Efficiency
The high frequency welding process parameters of 32mm plate thickness single pass welding have been verified, which can reduce the time required for thick plate welding and even save the use of filler metal.
Low Tool Loss
There is no need to use electrodes, and there is no concern about electrode contamination or damage. And because it is not a contact welding process, the wear and deformation of the machine tool can be minimized.
Wide Processing Range
The laser beam is easy to focus, align, and be guided by optical instruments. It can be placed at an appropriate distance from the workpiece and can be guided between tools or obstacles around the workpiece. Other welding methods cannot be used due to the above-mentioned space limitations. The workpiece can be placed in a closed space (under vacuum or the internal gas environment under control). The laser beam can be focused on a small area, can weld small and closely spaced parts with different welding gauges such as welding 11 gauge steel, welding 12 gauge steel, welding 16 gauge sheet metal, welding 20 gauge steel, welding 22 gauge steel, etc., can weld a wide range of materials, and can also join various heterogeneous materials. It is easy to automate high-speed welding and can also be controlled by a digital or computer. When thin welding light gauge steel, thin-diameter wires, and tube sheet welding, it will not be as prone to reflow as arc welding.
